Capcem™ KT Fast

Capcem™ KT is a rapid-hardening sealant coating that provides a protective layer to rock, concrete or coal surfaces which are susceptible to deterioration on exposure. Support strength develops rapidly after placement.

The product is supplied as a single component powder to which water is added. The mixed material can be spray or trowel applied and cures to a uniform grey colour with excellent adhesion to a wide variety of substrates.

Product Features

• Rapid strength development, within 2 hours after placement

• 17 Litres - yield 3.4 m2 at 5 mm thick

• Compressive strength of 29 MPa after 28 days of curing

• Tensile strength of 3.5 MPa after 28 days of curing
