Capcem™ PLG

Capcem™ PLG is a pumpable cement grout for use in the installation of mechanical long-anchors from 3 to 15 metres in length.

This product is a single component cementitious powder that is mixed with water. It is supplied in 25 kg lined, woven polypropylene bags. The mixed grout is intended for placement through a suitable grout pump.

Features

• Cement based product with no resins or solvents

• Water temperature should be between 20°C and 30°C

• Pumped into the drilled hole before or after installation of the anchor, to give full column filling

• Pumpable up to 15 metres

• Compressive strength of 10 MPa, 48 hours after mixing with water

Product Options

• Packaged in 25 kg bags - 40 bags per pallet. Each pallet is shrink wrapped to protect the product against damage.
