Tekseal™ HS and HS Fast

Tekseal™ HS and HS Fast are high density cement foams used for void filling where higher cement foam strength is required. Typical applications include void-filling during reef pillar extraction, construction of explosion - proof stoppings and construction of backfill barricades.

Tekseal™ HS and HS Fast are single component cement foams supplied as powders and form cement foams on mixing with water in a purpose designed placer.

Features

• Rapid placement - typically 50 cubic metres void filled per shift

• Typically only 3 people needed per crew

• Maximum pump life for both products ±3 hours and 30 minutes respectively.

• Rate of set and strength development are affected by water temperature and surrounding temperatures, and the w/s ratio used

• Compressive strength of 6 MPa after 28 days of curing
