Capcem™ PLG-FSL

Capcem™ PLG-FSL is a pumpable cement grout for use in the installation of mechanical long-anchors.

It is supplied in 10 kg or 25 kg lined, woven polypropylene bag. It is a single component powder that is mixed with water. The mixed grout is intended for placement through a suitable grout pump.

1 Pumpable up to 15 metres
2 No shrinkage or bleed water
3 No grout run-out

Features

Cement based product with no resins or solvents
Pump life of minimum 3 hours for mixing water at 25°C
High pH inhibits corrosion
Water temperature should preferably be between 20°C and 30°C
The grout is pumped into the drilled hole before or after installation of the anchor to give full column filling

Product Options

Packaged in 10 kg or 25 kg bags. Each pallet is shrink wrapped to protect the product against damage.
