CarboThix™ Fast

CarboThix™ Fast is an instantly thickening, fast curing two-component silicate resin for sealing bolts.

CarboThix™ Fast is an instantly thickening (thixotropic), fast curing, two-component (2C) silicate resin, specially designed for installation of rock-bolts into strata and for consolidation injection works in disrupted strata.

After mixing the two components via a static mixer, the resin instantly achieves a grease-like viscosity which flows under constant pump pressure. The resin cures quickly to form a hard grout.

The fast setting nature of CarboThix™ Fast allows ground support to be load bearing in minutes.

CarboThix™ Fast provides a uniform transfer of local rock stresses over the whole length of the bolt or cable.
