Self Drilling System

Our know-how is the result of over 40 years of experience in the production and global supply.

The system features a hollow bar, which is used as a drill string for drilling either with water flush, air flush or cement grout flush.

All system components are rigorously tested according to stringent factory standards and ISO 9001 to ensure that the specifications are met. The sacrificial drill bit significantly enhances the productivity of the installation process. In order to improve performance and cost-effectiveness, project data are being collected from around the world.

Continuous optimisation of our drill bits is a primary concern to further improve the penetration rate and bit quality while at the same time reducing manufacturing costs. For improved corrosion resistance, Self Drilling Anchor components are either hot dip galvanised or fitted with a TwinCoat coating (hot-dip galvanisation with an additional dual epoxy coating).

Product title
Tekflex DS-W

The powder is mixed with water at the special nozzle and creates a suspension, which gels within seconds, creating a continuous membrane on the applied surface.

After several minutes, it becomes tack free and then rapidly increases in strength over next days.

As a result, a strong and elastic sealing membrane is formed.

The membrane bonds very well to surfaces such as rock, coal and concrete.

Tekflex

The high-strength Tekflex membrane was originally developed according to the TSL (Thin-Sprayed-Liner) technology to serve as an alternative to steel mesh and shotcrete for mining projects. Today, the Tekflex family has expanded and covers many more applications in the civil and tunnelling sectors.

Tekflex products are based on mineral materials with special additives or polymers to achieve sufficient rigidity or required flexibility depending on the type of the application. With just a few mm of thickness, the Tekflex membranes represent an effective, low-cost solution for changing the mechanical parameters of the lining or increasing impermeability.

Pipeline Support

Pumpable Chemicals

Our innovative silicate resin products are used as breakers and pillows ensuring safe and cost-effective O & G pipeline installation.

Product title
TekTrench System

The TekTrench System is a pumpable two-component expandable structural grout used to construct pillows and breakers that support oil & gas or utility pipelines.

The speed of installation reduces downtime and improves pipeline installation productivity.

The product is water permeable and has superior adhesion characteristics making it an excellent choice to slow the ingress of water in trenches.

The TekTrench System eliminates the need to manually handle and place heavy sandbags replacing it with a simple pumped-in-place installation method.

Worker injury risks are mitigated and safety is improved as workers no longer need to be in confined trench spaces placing sandbags.

Field operational efficiency is also improved, and material consumption rates reduced all the while requiring less manpower.

Costs and environmental impact are lowered by not having to ship numerous truckloads of sand to remote locations, thus lowering overall project carbon footprint when compared to traditional sandbag installations.
