TekFlex® PM Accelerator

TekFlex® PM Accelerator was developed in response to customer demand for a extremely rapid setting gunite with improved adhesion and high build rates.

TekFlex PM is a non-shrinking cement that dries to a durable off-white finish.

TekFlex® PM Accelerator is specially designed for use in the Minova Apex continuous placing machine with TekFlex PM. The accelerator causes TekFlex PM to set rapidly.

When pumped through Minova designed air-powered, hydraulic-powered equipment or a standard dry process (gunite) shotcrete pump TekFlex® PM Accelerator has a near instant set time.

This allows for high build, bridging of gaps and it allows TekFlex® PM to seal holes with pressure on them, such as on a leaky overcast. Other uses include the prevention of spalling from moisture ingress and helping ensure the structural integrity of mine passages.

TEKFLEX® PM

TekFlex® PM is a non-shrinking cement that dries to a durable off-white finish. It is especially suited for large remediation or preventative sealing projects. 

TekFlex® PM was specifically designed for pumping through Minova Apex machines.

The convenience of the self-contained Apex machine allows for fast and easy application as it meters and mixes the proper amounts of water, accelerator and powder as it pumps the material.

TekFlex® PM may also be used with TekFlex® PM Accelerator to provide a near instantaneous set time. When pumped through Minova designed air-powered, hydraulic-powered equipment or a standard dry process (gunite) shotcrete pump TekFlex® PM has a pumping life of up to 30 minutes with a set time of 5 to 8 hours.

TekFlex® Dry Spray

With Minova quality, TekFlex® Dry Spray is a cement-based spray material designed with superb flexibility, high tensile strength and excellent adhesive qualities.

The product enhances the structural integrity of the rock and forms an impervious barrier, which eliminates the degrading effects of weathering.

TekFlex Dry Spray is an all powder version requiring only the addition of water.

Material coverage at a thickness of 1/6” is theoretically 50 ft2. Actual coverage will likely be less due to surface roughness or inconsistency.

TekFlex® Black AP is a cement-based spray material designed with superb flexibility, high tensile strength and excellent adhesive qualities.

The product enhances the structural integrity of the rock and forms an impervious barrier, which eliminates the degrading effects of weathering. Material coverage at a thickness of 1/6” for a 1 bag / 2-1/2 pail batch varies from 70 to 140 square feet, depending on the roughness of the rock surface.
