Maintenance Manager, South Point, OH, USA

The Role:  At Minova we say, “Safety First. Customer Focused.” This means we provide service, products, and support to ensure safety in all that we do. And this starts at the front lines with our maintenance team. We are looking for an individual that has strong mechanical and electrical aptitude for troubleshooting production issues. They will need to plan, direct and coordinate daily activities for the maintenance department and ensure all equipment is running smoothly.

Who You Are: 

  • Maintenance Supervisor with 3 to 5 years’ experience in manufacturing setting.
  • Associates Degree in Business, Technical or related field preferred.
  • Strong safety, health and environmental standards.
  • Develop and utilize spreadsheets.
  • Demonstrated trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative manner with a variety of different individuals in a fast paced, technical environment.

Accountant, Siemianowice, Poland

Must Love Problem Solving, Numbers and Accuracy!

The Role: Processing our vendor invoices and ensuring suppliers are paid on time is a big responsibility. As an Accountant, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless accounting service is provided for Minova Ekochem at the Siemianowice site in Poland. Use your love of problem solving and numbers to keep our payments on track, resolve issues and provide critical reporting information to management. It’s all in the details...so if this is your thing...then this role is for you.

Who You Are:

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Knowledge of Polish accounting rules and tax regulations
  • Background in Finance
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in an Accounting role
  • Independent and systematic approach to work
  • Open to innovative ideas, feedback and continuous improvement
  • Great analytical skills with an eye for detail and accuracy
