Every metre of ground you advance depends on one thing: the bond between the bolt and the rock. Resin capsule anchoring is what makes that bond happen – in seconds, not shifts. Each capsule is filled with a reinforced thixotropic polyester resin in one compartment and a catalysed mastic filler in the other, separated by a physical barrier. The bolt breaks that barrier on insertion, the spinning action mixes both components, and the resin cures around the bolt to lock it into the strata * no mixing equipment, no measuring, no waiting.
