Northshore Residences, Punggol – Singapore

Northshore Residences is a block of Housing & Development Board (HDB) flats located near the newly opened Northshore Plaza and the Samudera Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station. Complementing its convenient location, the development features a beautifully landscaped rooftop garden above the communal parking area, with a carefully selected mix of trees and planting. This rooftop garden provides residents with an attractive green space where they can relax, unwind and connect with nature. The landscape contractor, Thong Hup Garden Pte Ltd, contacted our distributor Sika Singapore, to supply RF1IPDMAN Tree Anchoring System with stainless steel wire for all newly planted trees. The concealed Platipus system provided secure below-ground support, helping to stabilise the exposed rooftop trees while maintaining the clean aesthetic of the landscape design. By allowing natural movement while securing the rootball, the system encouraged rapid root establishment and healthy growth, ensuring the long-term success of the planting scheme on this rooftop oasis.
