TekSeal™ is Minova’s pumpable cement foam range engineered for rapid construction of ventilation seals, lightweight barriers and efficient cavity filling in underground. Mixed with water and air in a purpose‑designed placer, it produces a non‑combustible, low‑density foam that can be pumped from a safe location to the application site, reducing manual handling and exposure to a risk. Choose TekSeal or TekSeal S for maximum yield and long flow distances; TekSeal HD when higher early strength is required; and TekSeal HS or HS Fast when the highest final foam strengths or accelerated strength gain are required. The main advantages are undemanding preparation and application, transport of the mixture over longer distances, high performance and parameters optimized primarily for Ventilation Control applications. The resulting product is characterized by constant parameters in both dry and wet environments.
