Lokset Toospeedie delivers ultra fast gel times and rapid early strength, supporting high productivity development, faster re entry, and early load transfer. Lokset Styrene Free offers reliable anchorage without styrene emissions, helping improve underground air quality while maintaining dependable bolt performance. Each Lokset capsule contains a precisely formulated polyester or water-based resin and catalyst system designed for consistent mixing, controlled set behaviour, and dependable bond strength. This reduces installation variability and supports uniform bolt performance, even in variable hole diameters and challenging strata. Product Features

High strength properties

After hardening resin achieves high compressive, shear and adhesion strengths. Due to its modulus of elasticity and strength, it offers minimal creep and 0% volumetric change in the long term.

Quick setting

The strength gain is very rapid and a rock bolt applied with Lokset is almost immediately self-supporting. Depending on the type and temperature, 80% of peak strength is achieved in less than 1 hour.

High chemical resistance and impermeability

The combination of an impermeable cured resin structure with high chemical resistance provides excellent corrosion protection for rock bolts applied with Lokset.

High vibration resistance

The cured Lokset polyester resin is highly resistant to vibrations and oscillations, making it suitable for anchoring near blasting work or for fixing rotating machinery.

Long service life

Lokset cured polyester resin provides long life with high performance under normal conditions.
