Product Details
Geoflex is Minova’s two‑component silicate injection resin for rapid and effective ground consolidation in underground and surface applications. After mixing the components in the ratio1:1 resin forms a tough structure with strength and adhesion, in both dry and wet environments. Geoflex resins are non‑foaming, achieving final strength in minutes, enabling immediate load‑bearing performance. Cured Geoflex resists acids, alkalis, brines or solvents, supporting long‑term durability. Individual versions of Geoflex resins further enhance the characteristic properties of this silicate resin. Geoflex HS offers increased compressive strength, while Geolfex KS adds a longer flow-time for even better penetration into the ground. Geoflex KT is adapted for overhead work or environments, where control the position of the resin is crucial and also offers thixotropic behaviour. The BB version is intended for loose surface application by spraying, its typical use is ballast bonding on railways.
