Product Details

The CarboStop range is a group of water-reactive one-component polyurethane resins that have been developed primarily for water stopping purposes in structures and soil. Their advantage is that the curing reaction only starts after contact with water in the environment, which makes application easier and offers a greater injection range in soils. One-component Carbostop polyurethane resins are accelerated using the supplied ACC and can thus be adjusted as precisely as possible according to the purpose and conditions of their use. The individual types in the CarboStop range differ from each other in their viscosity and also in the structure of the resulting cured resin. CarboStop 42 is ultra-low viscosity, with minimal foaming and a closed cell structure, which delivers good penetration and permanent tightness. CarboStop 102 and U plus are medium viscosity, foaming resins with a partially open cell structure. Thanks to this, they stop flowing water immediately, but have reduced strength and for permanent use, their re-injection is recommended. CarboStop 402 is formulated for permanent flexibility and is ideal for sealing water in moving joints of building structures.
