On 23 June, we mark 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗮𝘆, brought to you by the [Women’s Engineering Society](https://www.linkedin.com/company/women%27s-engineering-society/) (WES), celebrating the outstanding achievements of women engineers around the world.
Under this year’s theme, [hashtag#EngineeringIntelligence](https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/all/?keywords=%23engineeringintelligence&origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED), we are recognising some of the female engineers within Minova for their contribution to our success.

[Alejandra Altuna](https://www.linkedin.com/in/aaltuna/): 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗚𝗲𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁 / 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿’𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗧𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗹 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴

“For the past 10 years, I have been supporting Minova’s clients across Italy in tunnelling (NATM & TBM excavation methods) and railway rehabilitation projects. Through my commitment to excellence, I have helped customers achieve high-quality standards by promoting certified, reliable, and high-performance solutions. My expertise, customer focus, and dedication have contributed to the successful delivery of critical infrastructure projects while strengthening Minova’s reputation for quality and innovation in the Italian market.”

[Agata Stanior – Waluga](https://www.linkedin.com/in/agata-stanior-waluga-11637815a/): 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿’𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 / 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴

“I have been working at Minova for nine years as a construction chemical engineer, developing practical solutions tailored to customer needs. My work focuses on research and development projects involving both organic and cementitious materials for mining and civil engineering applications. As part of the R&D team, I contribute to the development of more sustainable and user-friendly solutions. This often requires a non-standard approach, close cooperation within the team, and turning technical ideas into practical applications.”

[Helena Flor](https://www.linkedin.com/in/helena-flor-6371b434/): 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 / 𝗚𝗲𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝘀 & 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁

“My engineering career began in concrete production and construction, giving me a strong technical foundation before I moved into geotechnics, erosion control and slope stabilisation – areas I have developed over 11 years working at Platipus and now Minova. Drawing on this expertise, I have delivered mechanical anchoring and slope stabilisation infrastructure projects across nearly every country in Latin America, working closely with clients to engineer reliable ground support solutions for complex geotechnical challenges. Building regional technical presence across Latin America has been one of the most rewarding challenges of my career.”

Thank you to all our female engineers for the expertise, commitment, and ingenuity they bring to Minova.
