Resin Bolts Type APP APG APB

Resin Bolts APP, APG and APB are designed to be used for roof and ribs support in mine working areas as an independent or additional roof support system. They are also used for the attachment of various components of mining equipment.

AP bolts are modern design anchors with a load capacity of up to 300 kN and a nut locking system (shear pin). The anchors can be used with three types of washers; a square washer, a round washer or a square washer with an eyelet made of 8 or 10 mm plate.

Resin Bolts Type RM-18

The anchor rods are ribbed reinforcing bars of dr=18.2 mm made of AP 600 steel according to ZN-95/AP-3 standard.

RM rods are divided into the following types:

  • RM -18
  • RMn -18

Resin bolt type RM-18 in a split/chamfered version can be made of stainless or acid resistant steel.

Resin Bolts Type RM-20 and POK-22

RM-20 bolt is a steel reinforcing bar of nominal diameter dn=20 mm, while POK-22 bolts have a nominal rod diameter of dn=22 mm according to PN-82/H93215. They are made of 34GS steel.

We have manufactured Lokset resin capsules since the late 1960's and are the leading supplier and innovator in this field. Our development and manufacturing ensures security of supply, service and support.

The Lokset system consists of an easily handled cartridge, containing a highly reinforced polyester resin component, together with its catalyst, in accurately measured quantities. The rotation of the bolt during installation ruptures the capsule, shreds the skin and mixes the two components causing a chemical reaction and transforming the resin mastic into a solid anchor.

The Lokset resin capsule series is available in multiple configurations of single/double length combinations, diameter, set time, set time combinations, viscosity and shelf life.
