Capcem™ PLG-FSL is a pumpable cement grout for use in the installation of mechanical long-anchors.
It is supplied in 10 kg or 25 kg lined, woven polypropylene bag. It is a single component powder that is mixed with water. The mixed grout is intended for placement through a suitable grout pump.
Pumpable up to 15 metres
No shrinkage or bleed water
No grout run-out
Cement based product with no resins or solvents
Pump life of minimum 3 hours for mixing water at 25°C
High pH inhibits corrosion
Water temperature should preferably be between 20°C and 30°C
The grout is pumped into the drilled hole before or after installation of the anchor to give full column filling
Packaged in 10 kg or 25 kg bags. Each pallet is shrink wrapped to protect the product against damage.

The complete solution.
Bolts alone may not be enough.
Many applications require additional components to ensure the desired results.
We provide steel and GFRP accessories that work in combination with our products for you to achieve the best outcomes. From drill bits, couplings, meshes to plates and nuts and trusses. Our portfolio works to provide you with the right solutions wherever you are.
The Lokset system consists of an easily handled cartridge, containing a highly reinforced polyester resin component, together with its catalyst, in accurately measured quantities.
Reaction takes place when the roof or rock bolt is rotated through the cartridge, mixing the components and initiating the curing action. The chemical nature of the Lokset cartridge allows the contents to be easily mixed, yet minimises resin run-out after mixing is complete.
The setting time of the resin components can be controlled. A combination of fast and slow-setting cartridges makes possible the simultaneous operation of anchoring, grouting and tensioning a rock bolt. The simplicity of this method of anchoring/grouting eliminates the need for cumbersome injection equipment.
The cartridges are designed for rapid insertion into a range of borehole sizes, where they may be readily pushed to the extremity at any angle above or below the horizon
It is supplied as a ready-to-use dry powder requiring only the addition of water to produce a free flowing, non-shrink grout which exhibits exceptional resistance to ‘washing-out’ of the cement phase when placed in stationary or moving water.
The material is a mixture of specially processed cements. Additives impart controlled expansion, water reduction, non-washout characteristics and aid uniform mixing, minimising segregation and bleeding whilst assisting the flow characteristics.
