On Nov 12th, our Marion Plant brought on line the first of three continuous improvement projects, all slated for completion this January. Our people are excited to see the investment and proud to be more efficient and safer while producing more finished goods for our customers. Continuous improvement is a cultural norm for our team and these automation projects are sparking even more opportunities to improve our operations plant wide as they continue to look at everything we do and challenge, how can we do it better.
