20 years of partnership, people and progress in Kazakhstan
On 3 September, employees, customers, partners, and representatives of major mining and industrial companies and the local administration joined us at our manufacturing facility in Karaganda to celebrate Minova Kazakhstan’s 20th anniversary.
Since 2006, Minova Kazakhstan has grown into an established manufacturing facility, providing products and solutions that support safer, more reliable mining operations across the region.
Our anniversary open day gave guests the opportunity to meet our team, tour the facility and see first-hand where our locally manufactured products are made.
At the heart of the celebration were the people who have helped shape this journey. We’re proud to recognise long-serving colleagues for their commitment, professionalism, and contribution to Minova Kazakhstan:
- Alexander Malyavskiy – Assistant Operator
- Stepan Basay – Boiler Plant Operator
- Vyacheslav Popov – Boiler Plant Operator
- Maxim Levkov – Mechanic
- Rostislav Matveychuk – Mining Equipment Repair Specialist
- Artyom Reshetnikov – Binder Preparation Operator
The day’s programme also included:
- Official opening and welcome address from Dastan Sarsenbayev, Director of Minova Kazakhstan
- A presentation exploring the development of Minova Kazakhstan and its products over the past 20 years
A guided tour of our manufacturing facility, giving guests a closer look at our local production operations - A special anniversary video reflecting on our 20-year journey
- Congratulatory speeches from our key partners, including Kazakhmys and Qarmet, and representatives of the local administration
- A celebratory buffet, allowing guests and colleagues to connect and continue conversations informally
Twenty years is not only a reflection of how far our business has come, but also represents the trust, cooperation and relationships built with our employees, customers and partners over two decades.
Thank you to everyone who has contributed to our journey. Together, we look forward to the next chapter of Minova Kazakhstan.
