Minova’s Tension Rebar Bolt system is engineered to create precise, uniform tension for effective beam building and dependable roof compression, helping you stabilise strata while reducing total installed cost. The operator reverse‑spins the bolt to mix the resin, waits for the specified gel time, then torques to the desired installation load—delivering consistent torque and higher installed loads with minimal protrusion and low residual torque. The TR system installs in undersized boreholes enabling dramatic resin savings and flexibility across headings and equipment constraints. The nut remains on the bolt throughout installation for uniform tensioning and repeatable performance, with Dome or Pin Nuts available to achieve roof compression in low headroom environments. TR bolts are offered in multiple lengths, right‑ or left‑hand thread spins, and with compatible washers and bearing plates; pair with Minova Lokset® resin capsules, including fast/slow combinations, to optimise anchorage and support in weak, laminated or faulted strata
