The SK90 Resin Injection System is a robust, air‑driven pumping solution engineered to deliver reliable, high‑pressure resin injection for underground mining ground support applications. Designed to integrate seamlessly within the SK90 Injection System, the pump provides accurate, balanced delivery of A and B resin components to support roof bolting, strata consolidation, and void filling operations.
Built around a durable tubular steel frame, the SK90 features twin KP1/11 gear pump stages driven by a compressed air motor. The clearly colour‑coded pump stages help prevent incorrect component connection, supporting safer operation and reducing the risk of uncontrolled resin reactions. An integrated oil reservoir ensures consistent lubrication of the gear pumps, extending service life and maintaining stable performance in harsh underground environments.
The system includes pressure monitoring via a 0–250 bar gauge, non‑return valves for controlled flow, and a muffler system to reduce exhaust noise at the face. Component A and B sides are mirrored for ease of maintenance, simplifying spares management and minimising downtime.
Designed for compatibility with 50‑gallon resin tanks, injection platforms, tote transfer systems, and Minova injection accessories, the SK90 Resin Injection Pump offers flexibility across a wide range of mining operations.
