TekFlex™ is Minova’s cement‑based Thin Spray‑on Liner (TSL) stabilise excavation surfaces, control moisture ingress and improve roadway durability across mining and tunnelling works. It bonds to rock, coal, concrete and steel to form a thin, fast‑curing membrane that helps replace mesh or shotcrete, where appropriate, reducing handling, improving installation speed and maintaining dependable support. The range covers dry and wet applied systems to match site conditions: Tekflex DS‑W is a single‑component, dry‑sprayed powder mixed with water at the nozzle; it gels within seconds, becomes tack‑free within minutes and builds strength rapidly. Tekflex LP is a two‑component polymer modified cement for flexible waterproofing and gas‑barrier applications, including sandwich linings. Black and White wet‑mix coatings provide high adhesion and visibility options, while Black AP, White AP and Dry Spray deliver water‑only, all‑powder options for simple, clean application. All TekFlex variants are non‑flammable and applied with conventional PPE.
