Product Details
FB200 is Minova’s low‑viscosity, high‑output grout family engineered for demanding underground work. FB200 typically runs at a 2:1 water‑to‑powder ratio with a four to eight minute gel, enabling rapid placement (up to ~10m³/h) and remote pumping to ~200m. FB200 Retarded extends gel time (≈10–20 minutes at 20°C) for longer lines or higher temperatures while retaining high volume output. For very long runs and surface‑to‑seam projects, FB200 Slow Set offers a 60–70 minute gel at 20°C and can be pumped to about 1000m. All variants yield to ground pressure, are non‑shrinking and low alkalinity, and are used for rockfill consolidation, recovery of falls, backfilling, pumpable chocks and explosion‑resistant ventilation seals.
