TekCrete™ is Minova’s high‑performance range of dry‑process (gunite) shotcrete for rapid, reliable ground support in mining and tunnelling. The range covers ultra‑rapid systems for immediate stabilisation and controlled set systems for high‑build, finishable repairs each supplied as a ready‑to‑use powder requiring only water. TekCrete Fast achieves structural strength within minutes and is engineered for very low rebound and very low chloride permeability. TekCrete Fast M provides similar early strength with low dust to improve air quality underground. TekCrete Pro uses microsilica and high‑modulus PVA fibres to deliver dense, low‑absorption, low‑permeability linings, while TekCrete Pro 1500 provides up to 15‑minute working window for vertical and overhead work without sacrificing early strength. All TekCrete variants offer excellent adhesion to rock, concrete, steel and mesh, supporting thick single‑pass builds with safer polymer fibres.
