Product Details

EkoPur is Minova’s versatile polyurethane portfolio for underground consolidation, water control and gas sealing. The W/HW/S/HS injection grades are two‑component systems mixed 1:1 that penetrate fissures, bond strongly to varied rocks and rapidly develop high compressive and flexural strength, enabling fast strata recovery and dependable sealing. Engineered for variable moisture conditions and complex geology, EkoPur maintains bond flexibility while delivering robust hydro‑ and gas‑insulation, without increasing endogenous fire risk or disturbing gas readings. For reach and productivity, the range supports Long Distance Pumping up to 5,000 m, keeping pumps and components away from the face. Reaction profiles and foaming factors are tunable (including fast‑setting HS), allowing you to match set time to strata behaviour. Complementing the injection grades, EkoPur LA is a non‑foaming, rigid casting system for producing durable components with good mechanical properties.

Product Features

Fast PUR injection to seal, strengthen, secure

Two‑component 1:1 PUR injection chemistry

A/B components mix 1:1 by volume for reliable dosing, repeatability and consistent in‑situ performance

Strengthens rock; seals water and gas

High adhesion and penetration consolidate weak strata while providing durable hydro‑ and gas‑insulation

Fast strength development, high final strength

Resin reaches required strength quickly; compressive and flexural strength exceed 60 MPa (non‑foaming)

Adjustable set times and foaming factor

Match reaction end time and expansion (factor one to five) to local ground and injection objectives

Performs in dry to wet ground conditions

Designed for strata with varying moisture contents without loss of bond or seal integrity
