CarboCryl

CarboCryl is Minova’s family of hydrophilic acrylate and methacrylate gel injection resins designed to control water ingress and stabilise ground in mining and tunnelling. With water‑like viscosity, the gel penetrates micro‑cracks and fine soils, then polymerises to form an elastic, durable seal. The range covers HV, WV and SV grades to address crack injection, grout curtains and soil stabilisation; gel time is adjustable to suit conditions and injection reach. CarboCryl is acrylamide‑free and approved for large‑area sealing in contact with drinking water. It resists most organic and inorganic liquids, is not degraded by bacteria or fungi, and operates from five to forty degrees Celsius. Used alone or modified with CarboCryl Plus to enhance adhesion, flexibility and solids content, CarboCryl reliably seals high‑pressure water, restores joint tightness and builds curtain seals in brickwork, concrete and sandy or silty formations—helping you secure safer, drier, more productive headings.
