Product Details
GeoFlex is Minova’s two‑component silicate–isocyanate injection resin for rapid, reliable strata consolidation and sealing in mining and construction. Component A is a specialised sodium silicate; Component B is a modified polyisocyanate. When mixed at a 1:1 ratio, they form a tough, elastic organic‑mineral silicate resin with excellent adhesion, even on moist surfaces.
The system is non‑foaming, dissipates deformation energy under strata movement, and achieves final strength in minutes; bond strength exceeds 4 N/mm², enabling immediate load‑bearing performance.
GeoFlex is suitable for grouting coal and adjacent strata, stabilising fragile zones and debris, sealing injection anchors/bolts, renovating drifts, maintaining mine roads, and consolidating track ballast. It injects into cracks wider than 0.25 mm and is typically processed between 5 °C and 40 °C.
Cured GeoFlex resists acids, alkalis, brines and many solvents, supporting long‑term durability underground.
For near‑surface or rail applications, GeoFlex BB offers low initial viscosity for gravity penetration (ballast bonding), very fast curing and strong resistance to dynamic loads—supporting pavement and transition‑zone stabilisation.
